Extremely dim photo of the Sheriff of Jackson County. This appears to be a snapshot of a portrait. In 1983 a picture of Bailey hung on the wall in the Probate Court in Kansas City, Missouri (in Judge Berry's Court). Bailey was also a Probate Court Judge.
