Group of men with hats ON, posed in front of the south side of the 1887 Jackson County Courthouse and 1889 Jackson County Courthouse Annex on Independence Square. The original identification provided the date of "ca. 1910," but then said, "before remodeled." The Courthouse was remodeled in 1907. This image was most likely taken the same day as PHL5515 since many of the men are discernable in both views...in front of the same building...in the same apparel...with their ribbons in the same place on their lapels. For these reasons, we have assigned the ca. 1906 date provided on the description for PHL5515. 1st from left: Lee, ?
