Rep. Carole Roper Park (Dist. 52, Sugar Creek) takes time out of a busy legislative session to view art works entered in the Missouri Department of Mental Health's seventh annual Director's Art Award. The award competition is for mentally ill and developmentally disabled clients of the department. The 75 entries were on display in the Capitol rotunda in late March. Rep.
