Roger T. Sermon Collection - This is one of a group of photos from when Roger T. Sermon was in New Laredo, Mexico during World War I. The back of the photo reads, "I am on the water wagon now. Mexican standing at side couldn't speak a word of English and we had to motion to him to get him to get off." This is a duplicate of PHS 18554 showing Roger T. Sermon driving a horse-drawn water wagon with a man looking on.
