Roger T. Sermon Collection - This is one of a group of photos from when Roger T. Sermon was in New Laredo, Mexico during World War I. This photo shows a man driving a horse-drawn cart over the International Bridge as seen from the American side. There is a sign on the bridge that says, "Please Walk Your Horses."
